Wellness usage notice: The sauna and wellness area are available exclusively for Wellness Apartment 1 or when renting the entire cottage. Wellness is not available for Family Apartment 2 (when rented separately).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- During spring and summer holidays, we prefer weekly stays.
- Prices are fixed and independent of the number of guests. Maximum capacity: Entire cottage 13 guests, Apartment 1 – Wellness 7 guests, Apartment 2 – 6 guests.
- All listed prices include VAT, energy consumption, and final cleaning.
- A local tourist tax is payable on-site in accordance with current local municipal regulations.
- One sauna heating cycle (one use) is charged at 500 CZK. Towels and bed sheets are provided to guests for the duration of their stay. Cleaning of the wellness area is not provided during the stay.
- The sauna is included in the rental of the Entire cottage and Apartment 1 – Wellness. Guests staying in Apartment 2 do not have access to the sauna.

Reservation
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing only and sent to info@chalupazahorka.cz
- The cancellation fee is charged from the total amount for the stay, not from the amount of the advance payment.

FREE - 39 to 21 days before arrival
cancellation fee 20% of the final price of the stay - 20 to 8 days before arrival
cancellation fee of 50% of the final price of the stay - 7 to 4 days before arrival
cancellation fee of 70% of the final price of the stay - 3 days or less before arrival
cancellation fee 100% of the final price of the stay
In the event of cancellation for other serious reasons, we are certainly willing to transfer the existing reservation to another person for the same dates. Alternatively, we can transfer the reservation to an alternative date. We always try to agree with our clients on a reasonable solution for both parties.
